This product carries a warranty of 6 months from date of purchase against faulty workmanship and/or materials, resulting in it being no longer fit for purpose, fair wear and tear excluded. We reserve the right to repair or replace the jack (shipping excluded) or reject the claim under the following conditions;

Any modification or alteration will void the warranty.
Use exceeding the rated capacity will void the warranty.
Extreme abuse or structural damage will void the warranty.

Before production the jack was extensively load tested for strength and durability. It was subjected to 50 cycles (up and down) and inspected for wear. No wear was found on the drive screw or nut, slight wear was visible on the contact point of the first stage and slight to moderate wear was visible on the contact point of the second stage. It was subjected to a 30 minute static load of 4500 kg at various points of lift with no distortion or deflection. These tests confirm that it meets or exceeds the ANSI/PALO specification. We are confident that our product will render many years of reliable service.
